Limited Warranty Coverage

Our Reformer Pilates machines are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty extends to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Duration of Warranty

The duration of the warranty is limited to 12 months from delivery date.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. It includes repair or replacement of defective parts or components, at our discretion, free of charge.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper assembly, installation, or use, including but not limited to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or unauthorised repairs.

Returning your Reformer Pilates Machine

If you're not satisfied with your Reformer Pilates Machine, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Please note, that our guarantee doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Due to the size and weight of our fitness equipment, we do not offer refunds for shipping or delivery charges. Returns will incur an additional return shipping fee of $190 or more depending on the location

If the Reformer Pilates Machines are returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, additional restocking fees may apply at our discretion.

Returning your Reformer Accessories

For accessory returns, please ensure they are made within 14 days of purchase and shipped with the original packaging. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
